Natural honey will eventually granulate over time - it means the honey hasn’t been overheated or processed. We gently cream our honey to control this natural process, making the crystals finer and giving it a smooth, spreadable texture without adding anything artificial.

It’s perfect on toast, in tea, or by the spoonful.
