How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Once dispatched, delivery times within New Zealand typically range from 2-5 working days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that during busy periods or public holidays, slight delays may occur – but we always do our best to get your products to you quickly and safely.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently offer shipping within New Zealand only. As a growing small business, our focus is on ensuring quality and reliability for our local customers.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on our honey. However, if there’s an issue with your order – such as damage during delivery or receiving the wrong item – please get in touch within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.
